NKY Flag, presented by Ludlow Youth Football & Cheer, is a fun, instructional, and safe 5v5 flag football league for boys and girls. Featuring a 7-week schedule with practices held just before games, it’s designed for convenience, skill development, and maximum participation without tackling, tryouts, or mandatory volunteering.

Program Highlights:

Format: 5v5 action 25x40 yard field for maximum touches.
Schedule: 7-week season with practices and games on the same day to fit busy schedules.
Safety First: Non-contact format with mouth guards required for all players.
Inclusions: Registration includes an official jersey. Belts will available to borrow each week.
Focus: Skill building, teamwork, and fun, with age-appropriate divisions.
Structure: No drafts or tryouts; coaches focus on fundamentals.
